By booking with Raire Photo Booth, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a seamless and premium experience for you and your guests.
1. SECURING YOUR DATE
Reservation Fee: A $300 non-refundable fee is required to secure your date. This covers our admin, prep, and ensures we don't book anyone else for your time slot.
Final Payment: Your balance is due 30 days before the event. For "short-notice" bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required by the date specified on your invoice.
Late Fees: To keep our operations running smoothly, late payments incur a fee of $15 per day.
2. CANCELLATIONS & FLEXIBILITY
We understand plans change! If you cancel more than 30 days out, you only lose the reservation fee.
If you cancel within 30 days, payments are non-refundable, but we will provide a service credit for you to use within 12 months.
3. THE SETUP
Space & Power: We need a flat 2m x 2m area and access to a standard power outlet within 5m.
Indoor/Outdoor: We love a garden party, however, our equipment doesn't. Outdoor setups must be approved in advance and require a flat, dry surface with full overhead cover (marquee).
Idle Time: If you need us to set up early (more than 1 hour before start) or "pause" during the event, an Idle Fee may apply.
4. GUEST SAFETY & EQUIPMENT
Damage: The booking client is responsible for the equipment. If a guest causes damage (beyond normal wear and tear), repair or replacement costs will be invoiced to the client.
Kids: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult while using the booth to prevent accidents.
Conduct: Our staff deserve a safe work environment. We reserve the right to pause or stop service if guests become unruly or if the equipment is at risk.
5. PHOTO DELIVERY & PRIVACY
The Gallery: You’ll receive your digital gallery within 10 days. Please download them promptly, as links expire after 90 days.
Marketing: We love showing off your beautiful events! We may use photos for social media/marketing unless you opt-out in writing before the event.
Privacy: If a guest wants a specific photo removed from the gallery later, just email us at support@rairephotobooth.com.au and we’ll handle it.
6. STAFF BREAKS
For events where our team is on-site for 5+ hours, they are entitled to a 20-minute break (usually during dinner/speeches).
A vendor meal is always appreciated for these longer shifts.
